The award is instituted by Research Students of Dr. Sabu K Thomas ( Former Principal, St.Joseph's College Devagiri & Eminent Entomologist) to commemorate his research spirit and enthusiasm. The title is awarded to a young Researcher who is below 45 years of age and publishes good quality research article in indexed national / international journal. The award includes memento, certificate and cash prize of Rs. 10000/.
- Applicant must be a Researcher of Indian origin who is less than 45 years of age.
- The applicant must be first author of the article.
- Article must be based on his work in Entomology from South India/ western Ghats.
- Publication must be published in an indexed National/ international journal between 2022 June 1 & 2024 May 31
- Application must be submitted through the link available in the official website of St. Joseph's College Devagiri, Kozhikode. The last date of the application is July 1 2024
