  • Selection and admission of candidates to various Courses are made in accordance with the norms laid down by the Government, the University and the Management.

  • The rank list of the applicants provisionally selected for admission will be published on the college Notice Board and an intimation card fixing the date and time for interview will be sent to them, according to the availability of seats. Complaints, if any, regarding the rank list shall be lodged with the Principal in writing within two days from the date of publication of the rank list.

  • At the interview the applicant should produce the intimation card and the following certificates in original.
    (1)Transfer Certificate
    (2)Conduct Certificate
    (3)Mark List / Pass Certificate,
    (4)Income and community Certificates in the case of students belonging to Backward Communities and forward Communities, if applying for full fee concession. Otherwise, they will have to pay full fees.
    (5)Community Certificate and Nativity Certificate and copy of S.S.L.C Certificate in the case of S.C, S.T and O.E.C., O.B.C Students.
    (6) Two copies of recent passport size photograph of the applicant.

  • If an applicant fails to report for interview at the time mentioned in the interview card, ipso facto, he/she forfeits the chance for admission.

  • If admission is given at the interview, the applicant may get himself / herself enrolled forthwith on payment of the first installment of class fees fixed for the respective course as shown in the schedule of fees.

  • It is advisable that the class fees prescribed for the whole year be paid in full in lumpsum at the time of admission itself, if the parents desire so.

  • All admissions will be provisional subject to the verification of certificates and the approvel of the university of Calicut.

  • On securing admission, the pass Certificate of the qualifying examination and other certificates ( S.S.L.C Mark Lists, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate etc,.) are to be surrendered to the College.

  • The students are therfore, advised to take sufficient number of true copies of the Certificates and keep with them duly attested for their interim use.

  • All those who wish to apply for fee concession, scholarship or stipend of any kind should keep with them attested true copies of the Mark list and copy of the Certificate showing the date of birth and the Community certificate before submitting the same in the office at the time of admission

  • The pass Certificates and other Certificates ( S.S.L.C Marklist etc.,) will be returned to them only at the end of the course or on obtaining Transfer Certificate.

  • Under no circumstance, the certificate submitted in the office will be given back to the students during the period of their course.
